Of course, by now you should know the drill. The central planners, in secrecy, mess everything up. Thus, creating the scenario where solution requires that we all have to surrender just a "little" bit of our sovereignty to the global governance bureaucrats. We're told its necessary and that it must be done. Please, spare us.
