Should Wall Street Be Prosecuted With RICO?

Paul Farrell asks us to vote, are Wall Street bankers "racketeers to be indicted or revolutionary American Heros?" How real is the "Goldman Conspiracy" and what about a federal prosecution under RICO, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act?
